Survey Builder performance has stabilised and all functionality is working as normal.

Pinboard is working as normal.

An infrastructure change regarding cobfiguration made the analysis api unavailable for about 40 minutes. When identified, a revert was put in place, along with a fix to make sure this specific issue does not happen again. Monitoring for the next few hours has proven the services to be healthy once again.

This is resolved for now.

The issue with running A&R (Analysis) and creating exports has now been resolved and service has returned to normal.

All long-running export jobs have now completed or been cleared, and performance is back to normal.

We are continuing to monitor, but there are no further delays and no action is required from customers.

We are now confident that the earlier internet issues continue to show no impact to the platform or our customers, and this precautionary update is now resolved.
